TradingScreen was refreshing their brand identity and needed a new front-end website. The project required new branding, a comprehensive content rewrite, new information architecture, new technology stack, new codebase and new user journey pathways that aligned with their marketing and sales processes. The project had a hard deadline coinciding with new products launching in 6 weeks.

We used innovation sprints for rapid concept and prototype development the first week. The remainder for the project used agile scrum methodology to prioritize features and deliver on our commitments. We created a custom collaboration tool to facilitate the content creation workflow and prevent bottlenecks for the distributed team. We delivered on time to a satisfied client. As an added bonus, we captured a wealth of process data that improved our own business model and efficiencies.
